There is a living room to a sofa bed, with a memory foam mattress topper for it in the bedroom closet. Spacious view apartment at the top of a hill. Short walk to the University of Idaho and downtown. Perfect for 2 to 4 people to have a comfortable space in Moscow. Entire apartment, parking space. No yard access. This hill is many times referred to as Moscow's best kept secret. Small city park with great view is virtually across the street. The "Gem" is at the top of a hill, road is fully plowed in winter, but can be slick.
