The space This recently refurbished Villa, is a magnificent building standing on the River Lima with all new facilities in the garden and Pool. There is ample private parking on site and easy access to the river with abundant wildlife and fish. A short walk to Bars, shops and restaurants over the nearby Ponte Catena and within easy reach of the Railway network at Fornoli (Bagni Di Lucca) visitors will enjoy the tranquil setting and also the ease in exploring this wonderful part of Tuscany. There is a Ping Pong table, swings to entertain children and a large Pool to cool off in. Guest access Guest have ample parking space and each of the apartments that make up the Villa, can be totally self contained with their own access. There is a Communal Dinning area and separate fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor where all guests can cook and eat together rather than in separate Apartments. The garden and pool has areas with covered dining and sun loungers, there is also, Table tennis, Table football and a Pool Table. The Palazzo can be accessed directly from the Street so easy disabled access to the ground floor. Other things to note Please note that there are neighbours across the road, so when large groups are present at the Villa, we ask that late night noise and music is kept to acceptable levels to respect others.
