There is a memory foam queen size mattress on the bed and the futon folds down to make another bed. There is a coat closet as well as a large double door mirrored closet with hangers. Internet, cable, and a wide variety of smart tv options are available on the 32” TV. For additional storage there is a large cabinet tucked into the hall with several empty drawers and shelves for personal item that just don’t hang up well. There is also a motion sensor outdoor security camera above the outside of the front door that records the sidewalk area 24 hours a day for added peace of mind. Guest access You have full private access to the apartment. The common spaces are the backyard and lower level laundry room.
