The harbor, the lighthouse and three small bays are within walking distance. The house is left for sole use. In front of the house is a parking lot. Our comfortable air-conditioned house (about 100 square meters WFL) is located on a 340 sqm well maintained property, which is overgrown and can be lit in the evening. In addition to the breakfast terrace on the ground, the sun terrace around the pool has plenty of space for the sun loungers, the Weber gas grill and a cozy lounge area. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with air conditioning (hot / cold) and a satellite TV with DVD player, Bose CD radio, wireless Internet, fireplace and underfloor heating. The open kitchen with full equipment (dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machines with filter and capsule, kettle, washing machine, dryer, new dishes, new glasses, ..) adjoins the living room and the cozy dining area. On the ground floor are two bedrooms (air conditioning cold / warm, 2 x double bed and 1 safe) with intermediate modern shower room. The second modern bathroom with shower bath and toilet is upstairs, as well as the third bedroom with a double bed and sea view (climate cold / warm). Two more furnished terraces are located on the west side (sundowner terrace) and on the roof (roof terrace). Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a 360 ° view. For the safety of small guests, the breakfast terrace can be separated from the pool by a mobile fence (built in 5 minutes). Small children can play safely on the shady terrace without the risk of falling into the pool. A cot and high chair are also available.
