Upstairs Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining, living area with TV, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, main bedroom with ensuite, balcony with outdoor setting. Downstairs Living area with TV, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with vanity, shower, full size bath, w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, bar fridge. Large undercover outdoor area with Weber BBQ, fridge, outdoor setting, outdoor combustion fire (BYO wood), crab cooker, outdoor shower, fish cleaning facility. Plenty of room for parking and the boat. Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities. Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top), bed 4 - 2 singles.
