Welcome to this wonderful country house with private pool. It is located in Biniali (Sencelles) and has capacity for 6 guests. The space The exterior area of this country house is perfect to relax after a day visiting the island. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs, enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch or swim in the salt pool that measures 6 x 3.20 meters and has a depth that ranges between 1.20 and 1.60 meters. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. Inside, a single floor comprises the different spaces in a traditional and cosy style. Upon entering from the porch, you find the living-dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and a table for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. The sleeping area offers three double bedrooms with fan and wardrobe each. One has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other two have twin beds and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. Biniali is a borough belonging to Sencelles, but in reality the property is closer to the town of Binissalem, where you will find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The location of the property is excellent for getting around the entire island as it is quite central. The closest beach is in Palma but you can also go north to see other beautiful beaches such as Alcúdia or Can Picafort, or you can also tour the Tramuntana mountains and discover amazing landscapes.
