The flat is completely new and it can comfortably host from 2 to 4 people. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a private and elegant little building in the historical centre of Zafferana Etnea, door of Etna and next to the other most touristic places of eastern Sicily: Catania, Acireale,Taormina, Noto, Siracusa. The apartment is completely both heating and air conditioning and it is composed by two rooms, a bathroom and big terrace with an amazing view on Etna. The double bedroom with a balcony on the historical centre offers fluffy duvets, warm blankets, soft pillows, a spacious wardrobe, a shoe rack, a drawers, TV and clothes hangers. Moreover, it is big enough to comfortably accommodate also a baby cot. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, a fitted wall with liquid TV screen, books, games etc., a dining table for four seats. The kitchen is well equipped with electrical appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle), coffee maker machine, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery. Spices, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, the, juices and biscuits are at your hands. The bathroom has shower box, hairdryer, clean towels, soap,shampoo and shower gel. The big terrace offers an amazing view on the volcano and it is equipped with barbecue grill, table and seats, sun chair and sunshade. The laundry, next to the terrace, has washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, brooms, cleaning product are provided. The apartment offers internet broadband wi-fi, touristic information and indoor parking. Guest access My guests have an exclusive use of everything is in the apartment. They also can use indoor parking. Other things to note The apartment has both air conditioning and heating. Wi-fi and parking are for the exclusive use of my guests.
