Downtown Whole House Close to Everything-Literally

Whole house in downtown Ithaca on the street between a park and Ithaca Bakery. Walk over to grab coffee and sip it in the park, or walk 2 blocks away to the waterfront trail or how about 3 blocks in another direction to Purity Ice cream. Only 1.5 miles to Cornell or Ithaca College. Feeling adventurous? Take a 30 minute walk up to Collegetown or Cornell via the stunning Cascadilla Gorge past beautiful flowing water. Take a 10 minute walk (0.4 miles) to the Ithaca Commons for dinner. The space Full kitchen, backyard, patio, one bathroom, living room, window seat, enclosed porch, two bed rooms with doors, one without. Off street parking via the driveway and free non-even/ odd parking makes it hassle free! Guest access The whole place! Backyard, basement (if needed), upstairs, downstairs, porch. Other things to note I have a dog. There is likely dog dander in the house but please no pets when you stay here. The dog will be with me when you stay here.
