The apartment is divided into a living and dining area, a separate kitchenette as well as two bedrooms and a shower room. You can relax on the rooftop terrace day after day. This can be used by 3 tenants. The living area of the apartment is equipped with a modern couch, a swing chair and a flat-screen TV. The dining area offers enough space for 4 people for shared meals and game nights. Kitchen facilities include a fridge with freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. The equipment is complete with a kettle, toaster and coffee machine. In the main bedroom of the apartment you will find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe that offers you enough storage space for your holiday clothes. In the second bedroom you will find 2 comfortable single beds (1 x 90 x 200 cm and 1 x 80 x 200 cm) and another wardrobe. Curtains serve as a privacy screen or as a blackout. The shower room has a large washbasin with plenty of storage space for your washing utensils. The shower room and the kitchen and dining area were tiled, laminate was laid throughout the living area and sleeping area. It's a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed in this apartment. The apartment has an outdoor parking space. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the common room for a fee. Bicycles can be safely parked in the bicycle room.
