Nice, older beach apartment; located on Alki Beach; where the unit wraps around the building with unobstructed views of entire Alki Beach/59th Ave. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds; 1 living twin sofa bed or pull-out to King. Upgraded & tiled shower! Alki Beach Park is an active place with lots of cafes, restaurants, bike/kayak/paddle boards rentals. Open fires allowed on the beach, where people bbq & chill. Park closes officially at 11pm, but sunny days may stay busy longer. 1 regular parking incl. The space This 2nd floor, wrap around apartment is unique with its fantastic beach views. The unit has been upgraded, with new tiled shower, newer furniture and newer appliances. It got 2 bedrooms, each with Queen size beds. The living got two sofas, where one of them act as a sofa by day and if needed twin bed by night or pull-out to King size bed. As mention in Other Things to Note; the space is almost right on Alki beach, with potential noises from beach park; and there is also a state licensed preschool on the 1st floor. Cleaning: We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: Our cleaners sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines issued by King County Seattle Health Department. Guest access You will have your own apartment, which has two bedroom, a kitchen, dining room area, living room and a bathroom with new, modern tiled shower. You share a common hallway to one additional unit when you enter the building. There is a common washer/dryer on site that can be used. Other things to note This 2nd floor unit is located in a building across from Alki beach park. The beach is typically busy during summer Months with activity and people. This could be considered noisy to some people The beach park itself closes at 11pm, but police may not follow up to close the park every day. Open fires are allowed at the beach park by the city of Seattle and the smoke may carry towards the apartment. The winter times on the beach are unique, serene and quiet.
