A sturdy sofa bed sleeps up to 2 persons with an over-mattress for extra comfort. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 - 2 x Single Beds can be set up as KINGSIZE on request at the time of booking. Listen to your music streaming from the inbuilt Russound audio system while you relax. Private Terrace Step out directly onto your own private outdoor terrace directly from the living area. Jump in and enjoy the warm invigorating bubbles of the Cloudstream Hot Tub. The terrace is a great extension to the living room and has outdoor night lighting to spend your evening relaxing in the fresh outdoors. Guest access The entire 2 bedroom house is yours to stay and enjoy. Other things to note *Hot Tub: The 6-seater Cloudstream hot tub is maintained and available all year round and on request after booking. It is drained, cleaned, refilled, heated, and balanced before every stay. There is a one-off charge of £80 + VAT payable on arrival. Please check the message we send you after confirmation for complete details. You can only use the hot tub between 9 am and 10 pm to avoid disturbing the neighbours and in accordance with the Quiet Time rule. Once you arrive, we'll quickly meet to show you how to use the simple electronic controls so you can jump in, relax, and enjoy the warm, invigorating bubbles immediately! We use approved noise level monitoring devices across all our properties to ensure our quiet time rule is observed. These devices only monitor the decibel noise level and cannot listen to or record activity on the property. Our properties have residents and neighbours in adjacent properties that we must always respect. Everyone deserves a peaceful night's sleep when they stay with us, so please only book if our property meets your needs and the rules suit your stay. A complimentary Welcome Pack is included, offering a selection of essentials to help you settle in and feel right at home when you arrive. For stays over seven nights, a weekly mid-stay clean will be required (charged at the same price as the cleaning fee). This will include a complete change of bed linen and towels and general cleaning. We will contact you to arrange a suitable schedule.
