Kaz'harmonie is the perfect place for families of 6 to 8 people. The villa is organized in a U-shape around the heated pool with a splendid sea view as well as magnificent sunsets. The house is located 10 minutes from the center of St Leu, close to the secure beach and all amenities. It has 4 bedrooms (each facing the pool), 2 bathrooms/toilets, an equipped kitchen and a large living area. The space The accommodation is structured as follows: - A large living area including the living room, kitchen and dining room. - A north wing, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with a 140*200 bed, closet. The other with a 160*200 bed and closet. They communicate and share a shower room/toilet. - A south wing, consisting of 2 bedrooms. A master suite with 160*200 bed, closet and private bathroom. For groups of more than 6 people, this wing is also composed of an independent bedroom, equipped with a 160*200 bed and a dressing room. The house is fully equipped, linens, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi connection are at your disposal. We paid special attention to the bedding for your comfort. The villa is composed of different outdoor spaces, 3 terraces, one with a barbecue area, one for rest/reading and the last for family meals. With this design, everyone can find their place.
