Welcome to our lovely apartment! One bathroom with combo tub/shower, a nice bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a large living room with a full-sized futon, TV, comfy recliner, Table/chairs for work or dining, games and books. There is a lovely kitchenette, with sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, Instant pot with air fryer, toaster and all the utensils. Private entrance, and nice outside area with table and chairs, and a propane grill with a burner. The space Nice, east apartment with most of the conveniences of home. I provide coffee, and packaged muffins and/or granola bars will also be in a basket. We are in a quiet neighborhood about 4 miles from downtown, with easy access to hiking and the Urban Trail System. Parking on premises. Pet-friendly. Guest access You'll have your own entrance. there is also a private back yard area that has a table and a couple chairs, and a BBQ propane grill. A keyless entry lock on the door allows you privacy and convenience. Other things to note I think kids are awesome, even babies, but if you bring children please be a present and aware parent. :) We do observe a 10:00 pm to 7:00 am quiet time.
