The villa owner takes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, if such damage or loss is not caused by our negligence or otherwise. Follow fire safety precautions. Smoking in the room and using of pyrotechnics are not allowed. Children playing in the pool are the sole responsibility of their guardian and supervision is required at all times.
