Placerville country home with lots of character. It is a 65 years old mid century house. You can drive downtown Placerville in 1 minute to restaurants, music and winery's etc...Beautiful patio to get away from hustle and bustle.Lots of fun events!! Comfortable mid century house with wood beams and huge wood burning stone fireplace. Old hardwood floors and remodeled new kitchen. Wonderful big patio to sit and drink coffee or a nice glass of wine with patio lights you may turn on at night time.There is apple hill near by and several wineries. The tree lighting at Christmas is quaint and charming. Many beautiful flowers and fruit trees in spring and summer. Peaceful, but close to everything. Placerville is 1 minute down the hill for wonderful restaurants and shopping. The house is 1600 sq feet 3/2 bath w carport, long driveway and plenty of parking. Just under 1 acre of land. Access to all in house.This is a 1600 sq ft house on 1 acre of land. I have a very long driveway with plenty of places to park. There is a carport to park your car in. Garbage day is Tuesday morning early so it is best to put garbage out on Monday night. Very safe and quiet neighborhood right above the town with lots of events and restaurants for you to choose from! It is country and quiet but close to everything.A lot happening for a little town. Car is best. My house sits up above Placerville about 1/2 minute up the hill. There are no sidewalks to walk on to go into town. Lots of room on property. Many trees and wonderful southern views.They have great bike paths.I can pick up and drop off if needed for fee. Very easy going, no stress, quiet relaxed household.
