Our apartment is airy and spacious, with a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, around 140 square meters. It is located one block from Copacabana beach and three blocks from Ipanema beach at the best point in Rio. The apartment was the last studio of the artist Loio-Pérsio and holds an informal abstract art collection. If you want to come on a special date, such as New Year and Carnival, please make an appointment before booking. For these dates we have closed packages with fixed value. We live in a great place one block from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and 10 minutes from the subway. There is also a taxi rank in front and several bus stops nearby that give access to the entire city of Rio de Janeiro. The apartment is large, bright, ventilated, very pleasant and has everything close by! We would like to know a little more about you before booking, so we ask that you send us more information, such as: age, nationality, reason for the trip, etc. We have wifi, full kitchen, books and hammock in the room. The rooms have a side view of Copacabana beach, the first with 1 single bed, table, chair and fan, the second with 2 single beds, cable TV, air conditioning and the third is a suite with cable TV and air conditioning. Keep in mind that you are renting a residential apartment and that there are no services included. It will be a pleasure to help you in whatever you need (best places to visit, itineraries, exhibitions, bars, restaurants, the best corner on the beach, etc.). We prefer quiet, open and humorous guests. We don't receive prejudiced people. Guest access Guests will have access to 2 surfboards and can use the entire house: kitchen, living room, balcony (with a hammock!). Interaction with guests We will be ready to help in whatever is necessary to make it a unique experience.
