The space The charm of a large cozy studio of 35 m2 bright, totally refurbished and decorated with care, with double exposure and beautiful sea views, the Port des Bas Sablons in Saint Servan and the Cité Corsaire de Saint Malo. It has been completely renovated since May 2019: it is located under the roofs, completely repainted in white and the attic is exposed. It includes a living room with sea view facing south with 2 armchairs, 2 ottomans, coffee tables and storage, a fully equipped American kitchen with sea view, opening onto the living room with high table and high stools to enjoy the view, a bedroom area (bed 160X200), a "reading area" on the mezzanine, an entrance with office space and wardrobe, a bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a private room for storage suitcases, bags, shoes... High-speed Wi-Fi internet. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor without elevator of a small old 18th century building. The access staircase to the apartment is spiral like many buildings in Saint Malo and is narrow. Direct access to the Port and the beach of Bas Sablons. Shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The Solidor Tower and its famous' Musée des Cap-Horniers', the promenade of the Cité d 'Alet and the old town 'intra-muros' are within walking distance. The Olympic Pool is also within a 5-minute walk. From July 6 to September 1, booking is possible from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights). Guest access I try to respond very quickly to us. The times of arrival and departure can be flexible according to your wishes and our constraints. I like to exchange by email and phone before the stay of our travelers in order to better understand their expectations and wishes and I systematically provide recommendations and suggestions of good addresses (maps – tide schedules), visits, museums, restaurants, bars that we appreciate and know well or other unmissable places. I remain available throughout the stay as well as by email and phone. Other things to note In accordance with French legislation, we ask travelers to provide us with a certificate of resort insurance: this certificate of insurance is provided free of charge by the insurer of the traveler's main residence and is intended to cover any rental damage; as an owner, I of course have insurance that covers my personal occupation and that of my family and covers the seasonal rental authorization. As we do not live on site year-round, we ask guests to bring their own bed linen and towels for their stay.
