The house is located in a beautiful tropical garden of 7000 m². Tucked in the south-eastern corner of Koh Samui, this modern and spacious beach house comes complete with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. This spacious 2 bed room house features two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a balcony. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and feature queen size beds. We charge a deposit for average usage of electricity (price 9 THB per KwH). Other things to note We charge a cleaning fee for final cleaning with the booking at your arrival.
