Private home, New Town, MONTHLY rental. Landscaped yard with private back yard and pool. Use of bicycles provides transportation all over the island. Modern kitchen with all appliances and granite counter top. The master suite opens to pool deck. It features king size bed and large closet, private bath, large shower. Bedroom 2 has queen size bed & opens to backyard. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. 2nd bath serves two guest rooms. Living room opens to pool deck. Other things to note Our home is rented on a per month basis, May-Dec each year. The rental starts at noon on the 2nd and ends the last day of the month. There is an additional $300 cleaning fee.
