Our building is within the free tram zone area - minutes away from some of Melbourne's best local restaurants, marking this quiet, simple home ideal for students, tourists, or business travelers! You are booking a furnished and central apartment! Note: If you prefer not to share beds, our sofa/sofabed is available with extra bedding incurring an additional cost. You may cover this fee if it arises. •Smoking Policy: Our property maintains a strict non-smoking policy. This applies to all areas, including the interior of the unit, patio, and balcony. Any violation of this policy will result in a $250 fee being charged. • Party Policy: While we're all about fun, please keep gatherings within our guest limit.
