The town of "Laroque des Albères" is located about 10 km from the Spanish border. Laroque des Albéres is a small, cozy town - at the foot of the Pyrenees. Romantic streets, shops, restaurants and cafés invite you to linger. The holiday home is located about 2 km outside the center of LdA, embedded on a 10,000 sqm natural property on different levels with trees and bushes. Relaxation is very important here. The house and pool were newly renovated in 2022/23. Both offer a lot of space and are ideal for 1-2 families. From the house you have a direct view of the spacious garden with lots of greenery, with the Pyrenees visible in the background. On the ground floor of the house there is a large living/dining room with a modern, open kitchen as well as three bedrooms - for a total of 6 people - and two bathrooms with shower/sink/toilet. The upper floor can be reached via a staircase from the living room. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms - a total of 4 people - and another bathroom with shower/sink/toilet. From the hallway a door leads to a balcony. This is a good place, for example, if you want to retreat for a short time. In addition to a spacious terrace, there is also an additional outdoor kitchen with a sink and worktop. There is a gas grill in another room, which rounds off the comfort. Another barbecue area with a charcoal grill and seating can be found on the property not far from the house. There is also another bathroom outside with a shower and toilet for even more luxury. Parking for 4-5 cars is available behind the house. Shops can be found in just a few minutes by car. Rental of bed linen/towels is possible for € 18/person. Pool heating is also possible.
