This downstairs unit large and is essentially self contained. The main living room is 432 sq ft, the bedroom 322 sq ft. The kitchenette is 104 sq ft and has a full refrigerator, microwave, and other dining accessories. You have access to the full kitchen on the main level. The bathroom is at the top of the stairs. In addition to your downstairs unit, you have full access to upstairs main level including full kitchen, dining areas, laundry, outside decks, TV room and more. We will be present in the home during your stay under most circumstances. If there are any issues at all, just let us know. We enjoy getting to know our guests while giving the utmost respect to privacy. A rural home on 6.7 acres in a wooded area. There are fields to the south and a view of the Spokane Valley to the north. Other than your own car, the other means of travel to our home would be Uber or Lyft. If you are flying in to Spokane airport, I can be available to pick you up. If driving, Most GPS and phone systems will guide you to our home. In addition, I will provide you with detailed driving directions. Our parking area is very large. We can accommodate several cars and have had 40 ft RV's park in our driveway. There is a 110 V electric outlet in the parking area for RV's, trailers or engine warmers. - Parking for trucks, moving vans, trailers and most RV's available in our driveway. - A door to the outside available in the unit and can be used as a private entrance. - In summer and fall, cars can be parked directly outside the unit. - There is a fenced area for dogs just outside the unit. - You have full access to the main level including kitchen, viewing room, TV room and laundry. - During July and August, produce like raspberries, tomatoes and sweet corn are available from our garden.
