This newly constructed studio is located along Taytay National Highway.It is in a safe ,friendly ,and quiet neighborhood of the historic town of Taytay.My studio is offering all the comfort of home.It equipped with fast WiFi ,cable TV, hot and cold shower including toiletries ,Kitchenette with kitchenware and other kitchen appliances such as fridge ,microwave ,coffee maker,water heater,and toaster. Out on the balcony, you can relax and get some fresh air while you sip your favorite drink. Lock box is available for late check in.Free parking at the front or along the street. This property is 10 mins nice walk to the center of the town, or 3 mins tricycle ride. The famous landmark of Taytay “Fort Santa Isabel”is situated in the center of the town towards the pier . This studio can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.My price is for 4 guests only. Additional guest will be charged $9 each per night.Additional guest/guests will be in the next air condition room with a full size bed ,with own full bathroom and toiletries.
