This flint-walled little Guest House is set in the quiet village of Hankham, near Pevensey. Ideal for relaxing, walking and biking. The Guest House is self-contained, with a small, functional handmade pine kitchen and a lovely little private garden, which is secure for dogs. There are horses in the stables, ducks and moorhens on the pond. Ideal for a couple that enjoy the outdoors and we can make up another bed or two for children. We can recommend some excellent biking and hiking routes to suit all abilities. The South Downs and beach is just a short drive from the Guest House. CCTV covers the driveway, parking area, and the Guest House main entrance. Please note: The Guest House is next to the Manor House, and over the fence at the back of the Guest House garden there is an Oast House. Both are beautiful and historic buildings, and are in close proximity to where you will be staying. Not a negative at all, but worth knowing.
