The house is located in an upscale beautifully designed resort-style planned community where you can find trails for a walk, playground for kids, and a pond to go and feed the ducks. The space Our place is located in a upscale, nicely and rapid developed, resort style area; very tranquil, by Joe Pool Lake and close to major restaurant and shopping areas. Guest access As a guest, you can lightly use the kitchen, as well as the washer and dryer, we do it and expect everyone to clean everything after themselves, so the shared areas are kept clean and ready for everyone to use. During your stay We are sometimes available at the house, but otherwise you can text us anytime via the app so that my wife and I both get the message and respond as quick as possible. Other things to note Our house is a 100% professional environment, and we expect our guests to be alike, majority of our guests are here for work relocation, internships, or studies abroad, and all need to be up early in the morning so we try to be as quiet as possible for everyone’s comfort.
