Please note this property is on request only Battery Lane is an architecturally designed and well appointed home.The house has a simple H plan that allows all four first floor bedrooms a view of the fabulous East Beach Bay. This four bedroom beach fronted house is perfectly positioned for a truly relaxing getaway and is also an easy walk to the village of Port Fairy. Beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout with all mod cons, there is a bright open plan living and dining area which includes an open fireplace, large LCD TV and a fully equipped modern kitchen. This living area has huge glass doors opening onto a large, sunny deck, rolling green lawns and direct access to the beach. Perfect for those long hot summer days on the beach, take full advantage of the hot and cold outdoor showers Battery Lane offers. To the side of the property there is a protected outdoor entertaining area, with BBQ and wood fired pizza oven for the perfect evening meal. Enjoy the sound of the waves as you create a circular masterpiece! Over winter enjoy long walks on the beach hunting sea shells or head into town to explore all that Port Fairy has to offer. Finish your day curled in front of the open fire planning your next day's adventure. Please note the garage only fits 1 car and the driveway is a shared area. Please park additional cars in the public car park at the start of the laneway. There is a $100 cleaning fee for every booking. Please Note: Under no circumstance are Weddings, Parties or Functions permitted at this property. Penalty charges in excess of $1500 will apply in this situation.
