One mile from I-70. Two miles to ISU. Eight miles to Rose Hulman or St Mary’s. There are two bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer for guests to use. Interior was completely renovated summer of 2019. Guests can access the whole main floor of this house. There is a basement but we will have it locked off, it is not set up for guests at this point. Always available by message or phone. If requested we can meet when guests arrive. Otherwise it is self check in with a door code. Quite and safe neighborhood. Right by Providence Medical Center and Petcare animal hospital. There is on street parking by the house or there is a blacktopped parking lot just feet from the property that guests can park in.
