Our cozy in-law unit is on the first floor of our home. You’ll have access to a private kitchenette (stove, oven, microwave, fridge) and a full private bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom houses a queen bed. 380 square foot 1 bedroom/1 bath with a full-size kitchen. Queen size bed in the bedroom as well as a couch beside it. Private entry from the side of the house with a 4 digit access code for the lock. There is a 4 digit access code for the door to the in-law apartment. -To unlock the front door, press the Schlage Button, followed by the 4 digit pin. To Lock the door from the outside make sure the door is closed shut then press the Schlage button and the door will lock itself. Host will be available for advice or questions but will otherwise stay out of your way! Parking is onstreet and fairly easy. If you don't get a spot just outside, you can usually find one on the block. Watch for street sweeping signs (a few hours out of the month).
