The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. This fee goes to pay our cleaner for a deep clean after a longer stay. Upon booking, a request for the additional fee will be sent. ★Stays over 60days ★ There is a required monthly cleaning fee to be scheduled monthly of $250 a month. This monthly cleaning fee is required every 30 days of the duration of the reservation and Guests are required to schedule it and a request for payment will be sent. This still does not exempt the additional $150 that goes towards the deep cleaning upon check-out. ★ Stays over 1 month ★ Please note that for stays over 1 month, there is an additional fee of $150 a month for utilities. ★ Noise ★ This home has a studio unit attached with its own private entrance along the side of the house located on the side of the bedrooms. There are no shared areas between the home and the studio, but shares a wall between the studio unit and master bedroom of the home. Because of the shared wall, there is sound that can be heard from the studio guest. ★ PETS ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL ★ Guest may NOT bring pet unless first approved and upon receipt of PET cleaning fee. Must get approval from host first. An extra cleaning fee of $250 per pet must be paid by the guest upon booking. In addition, a refundable security deposit of $250 is required for pets and to be paid before check-in. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. If pet hair found on furniture, there will be an extra charge of $500, in addition to the cleaning fee. Failure to report the accurate number of pets results in a nonrefundable security deposit. Cats are not approved ★ Outside Guests ★ No outside guest(s) allowed unless approved by host. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. There is a $35 dollar charge for each outside guest. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ Garage/Laundry ★ The garage area is a shared area with cleaners and attached studio guests, as well as a washer and dryer. Cleaners and guests access garage from the outside of the home. Guest are not to access any of the inventory in the garage. Garage serves as storage and laundry room and not for parking as parking is on driveway. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. As listed there are security cameras located outside in the backyard, outside In front of the door entrance, and outside above the garage. - By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this home. If you have a question or concern please message us. Our priority is in creating a 5-star experience. -By agreeing to the house rules, you agree to let our team members enter the unit to fix any issues that arise on the property with at least a 12-hour notice and without your consent.
