With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a powder room and large entertaining areas this residence is guaranteed to accommodate up to 14 people with ease. It has tasteful polished timber floors, high ceilings, and modern décor with a touch of elegance. Fantastic Indoor/Outdoor Living Extra features include – Air conditioning throughout home, landscaped gardens, large plasma TV’s (in lounge, master bedroom, and downstairs queen bedroom). There is also a study desk for those that may need to work. Kitchen & Outdoor Entertaining Kitchen – This stylish gourmet kitchen incorporates an impressive 6m long cooking bench, formal dining table, walk in pantry, breakfast bench, stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, double-door fridge and of course a Nespresso coffee maker. The main alfresco area provides an undercover outdoor living area with built in bbq, sink and beer fridge overlooking the 1.9m deep pool and the waterfront. Both are fenced. Outdoor Living Bedrooms The Master King bedroom is located on the upper level with lovely water views, a balcony, large ensuite with spa bath and walk-in-wardrobe. There is also another King bedroom on this level, a full bathroom and a third bedroom complete with two double bunks. On the ground floor there are two King bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom and another King bedroom making six bedrooms in total. Bedding Configuration – sleeps 14 Bedroom 1 – King Bed with TV walk in robe and ensuite Bedroom 2 – 2 Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) Bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3 Bedroom 3 – King (or 2 long singles) Bedroom 4 – King bed (or 2 long singles) with 2 way bathroom and TV Bedroom 5 – King bed (or 2 long singles) with 2 way bathroom Bedroom 6 – King bed (or 2 long singles) NB where options available beds will be made up as Kings unless otherwise advised by guest. Bed Splitting $10 per room if required. Outdoors & For Kids The kids will enjoy their stay as they love to sleep in bunk beds and will be entertained (when not in the pool) with the waterfront activities such as fishing, sandcastle making or feeding the ducks. The pool and waterfront are fenced. Facilities The six spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and powder room effortlessly cater for large groups or families holidaying together. There is a 2 car garage.
