This building was designed as a 6-plex, from the beginning. Outfitted with two entrances / accesses for each apartment. We have been renovating the space since we bought it, in 2017. Guests love the design, the charm and the proximity to absolutely Everything downtown has to offer! We provide our guests with one off-street parking space, park to the north of the building, by the trash / recycling or street parking is free & unregulated on evenings and weekends. Guest access We have an outdoor common space / patio with a grill for guests to enjoy! Other things to note The building is older, and does not have central air, but we have a space AC. The building is a double brick system, very well built, so the units stay cool in the summer. The train comes through town at night and the whistle can be loud. We provide ear plugs and a noise machine.
