Other things to note As per our HOA rules, all guests staying in the complex and visitors need to be fully vaccinated with 2 shots in order to enter the complex and need to carry their vaccination card/certificate with them upon entering the complex. Guests can check in and check out during early morning / late night hours with prior appointment and notification. Photocopy of passport / ID card will be taken upon check in. Guests must return key upon checkout. Rate includes daily cleaning by a maid for 90 minutes, six days a week. Toiletries provided complimentary for the first week for long term guests (over one week). Garbage pickup is subject to garbage being segregated by the guest as per the HOA policy which will be explained at the time of check in. Cook available for hire. Please note that this is a family oriented, very upscale gated community and not meant to be rented for purposes of a bachelor party pad. Due to the ongoing Covid regulations, use of community pool, health club, play areas etc may be restricted by HOA, specially during lockdowns. We offer a 15% discount for bookings of 7 nights or more and 30% discount for bookings of 30 days or more.
