They are located on the church square and thus in the heart of the old town. The house is renovated and the residences are very exclusive and furnished with a lot of love for detail.    From here you can quickly walk through the Warnemünde spa park to the promenade or to the beach of the Baltic Sea. It is also just a few minutes' walk to the promenade on the Altes Strom von Warnemünde. Directly on the church square and in the side streets there are wonderful cafes where you can have breakfast. And the restaurants on the Alter Strom offer a wide variety of dishes, from fish to Bohemian dumplings.   A parking space can be booked with the landlord no later than 1 week before arrival.
