Completely renovated in 2020 Waterfront Beach House has plenty of room to host you, your family and friends with great extras such as air-conditioning and WiFi. The large living space on the upper floor has ranch sliders that open on to the large deck with wide sea views over the beach. The perfect spot to unwind enjoy a BBQ and a drink and watch the world go by. Outside there is a garden to enjoy family games. The bedroom set up is perfect for an extended family. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have their own en-suite bathrooms with both enjoying direct access to the deck and one has its own walk-in wardrobe. On the ground floor there are an additional 3 bedrooms - 2 with a king bed and a third with a double bed. One of the bedrooms with a king bed can only be accessed via the double bedroom, however it does have direct access to the patio via ranch sliders. Everything you need is close at hand. Spend days at the beach with a picnic and a hat, and make sure to head to the playground the kids will love it! Enjoy nights in town exploring the local area or settle in and spend quality time playing games with family and friends. Waterfront Beach House in Paihia is the perfect place to chill out and relax, disconnect from your routine day to day schedule and put your feet up. Other things to note As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Please note there are operating security cameras at this property, placed in the outdoor areas and pointed towards access to the property. Rest assured that our guests privacy is of paramount importance and the owner of the property will ensure it is preserved during bookings. Please note that the bunk has a single sized bed on top and underneath is a double sized bed. Please note that each of the King bedrooms has a heat pump installed.
