Located in Ocean Lakes Family Campgrounds, a few miles south of Myrtle Beach. 10 minute walk to the beach; AC/heat, wash/dryer, wifi, screened porch, 3 bedrms-3 full bath, full kitchen, beds to sleep 8-10, in a quiet area. Resort has activities for adults/children; free in/out pools, water park and arcade. Wkly rentals only from May 30-Aug 22 (Sat-Sat); Inquire about monthly discount for Jan-April or Sept-Dec Single renters must be 25 The space Pools and water park are inside the resort and all free. Activities (contests in miniature golf, horseshoes, Frisbee, bingo, etc along with multiple planned children and adult activities; arcade and snack meals eating establishments, etc.); Nearby outside resort entertainment and restaurants. House has tvs in each room. Bed sizes: king, queen, full, single rollaways Other things to note Guests will need to send me an address if they wish to include express check-in. Entrance fee to the resort (Ocean Lakes Family Campgrounds) is $12 per day per car (or $10 per day/car if paid in advance). The form will allow you to pay the resort early and avoid the wait to check-in upon arrival. Otherwise you will pay the resort when you get there. Also, guests will be charged $50 per hour past the 10 am check out time (this is to pay the cleaning crew for their extra time waiting). Excessive cleanup (cleanup guidelines are in the house contract to be sent) of house will also add a $50 per hour of cleanup time. If the grill is used, it must be reasonably brushed down after using it or there will be a $50 additional charge for the cleanup crew to clean it.
