The villa is located in the Domaine de Cala Rossa. The domain's private beaches are within walking distance. The living room, facing the sea, with TV, HI FI, Wi-Fi opens onto a spacious terrace. An exotic garden, enjoys a second terrace where you can have lunch or dinner. The solarium offers a view of the bay of Porto-Vecchio, a magical place to contemplate the sea, or the starry vault before going to sleep. The space • The visitor's tax is included in the rental price. • Check-in and check-out cleaning is also included, and we ask our tenants to leave the villa clean and tidy when leaving the premises. • Sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels are included in the rental price and cannot be brought by tenants. • A parking space is available for two or three cars. • Smoking is prohibited inside. • Pets are not allowed. Guest access The entire villa is available: two levels + solarium + private garden of approximately 2000 m2. Other things to note • The air conditioning will be operational in 2025 • The kitchen has been completely refurbished (including a new 14 place dishwasher). • The bathrooms have been redesigned and renovated. • The exotic garden and solarium have been refurbished with new garden furniture and deckchairs. • Barbecues are no longer permitted on the Domaine de Cala Rossa.
