Comfy and Convenient 2 bedroom/2 bath condo

Bright & spacious 1st floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo (sleeps 6) in Eagles Landing is perfect for families, couples or friends. Recently renovated floors, appliances and countertops, new furniture. We are an easy 5-minute drive from the beach. The community has 3 pools. Our unit includes parking, a full kitchen, living room, dining room (seats 6), washer/dryer, dishwasher, wi-fi. Downtown restaurants, outlet shopping, & boardwalk are all within 2 miles. We provide necessities so you pack less! The space If you like biking, bring your bikes! Within a 1 mile ride, you can connect to a walking/run/bike trail. This 15 mile trail offers a flat and safe pathway to avoid the roadways. If shopping is more of your thing, we are within 1 mile from the well known outlets of Rehoboth! Free parking is offered at the outlets. This can also be used for access to the bike trail! Enjoy the night air without the concern of mosquitos in our screened in porch, with a ceiling fan to keep you cool during the warm summer nights. The 3 pools are only available from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Sometimes they extend this, but we cannot guarantee this. We have a walk-in shower with safety bars and a full bath for the little ones. Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to decide if you want to eat in or go to local restaurants. And our newly added bunk beds will give you more sleeping options if you have multiple kids in the family, or if there are multiple adults for a weekend. Please, no adults in the top bunk, but the bottom bunk can accommodate an adult easily. Guest access You will have full access to the condo, minus two closets that are for owner's use only. There is plenty of large walk-in closet space for your use in each bedroom. You will have a designated parking space and other open spaces for additional cars. You will have use of 3 pools and a tennis court. These spaces are shared with other guests in the condo facility. Other things to note We offer a downtown Rehoboth parking permit that needs to be used from May-September. This will allow you to park downtown free of charge. Please return it at the end of your stay or else you may be charged $250 to replace the card. If you need handicap accessibility, a ramp is available to avoid steps. We also have a walk-in shower with a handle to assist entry and exit. The only area that may prove tricky is the entryway to the condo has a small lip, like most doors.
