Meander through the tropical gardens and down the coastal track right down to the water's edge or take a high-tide swim at pristine Okoka (Dead Dog) Bay which is a well-kept Waiheke secret. Royal Blue is equipped with conveniences you will need for a relaxing stay. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is great for entertaining, and flows directly to outdoor BBQ, patio and lawn areas. The private master bedroom has a king bed, large wardrobe and full-sized ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two king-singles which can be made up into a double (upon request). A separate TV room is a great space for the kids to hang out, while the adults relax. Alternatively, the room can be made up as a fourth bedroom with a fold-out double sofa bed (upon request). Plenty of convenient, off-street parking is provided adjacent to the house, and provides for level-entry. Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - King bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - superking bed (can be split to singles upon request). Please note: Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and early January, 3 nights remainder of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times. An additional charge of $30 per person, per stay for linen and an exit cleaning fee of $300 applies to each booking. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay.
