On about 70 m² of living space over two floors, you can expect a living/dining area, an integrated kitchenette, three bedrooms and a shower room with a separate toilet. The beach is about 250 m from the holiday village of Papillon. You can access the furnished balcony from the living area. You won't miss anything in the cozily furnished living area with sofa corner and dining area. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system and a selection of books are available. The interior staircase leads into the two-bedroom attic. The kitchenette integrated in the living area is equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer as well as a microwave. The whole apartment is lined with laminate. In the bedroom of the 1st floor, in addition to two single beds (90 x 200 cm), you will also find a wardrobe. The two bedrooms in the attic are each furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Another highlight here is the 2nd TV in one of the upper bedrooms.
