This accommodation is a duplex with a total floor area of 42 m2 (24 m2 according to the Carrez law), with a mezzanine that serves as an open bedroom, attic, very cozy with its marine atmosphere decoration (architecture and concept of volumes inspired by a boat interior (not necessarily suitable for people with reduced mobility or large build and very tall) that make this place an atypical accommodation not necessarily suitable for lovers of contemporary atmosphere with modern design), very well equipped, located in a charming residence classified as a historic monument. The capacity is 1 to 4 people max. (5 beds), but more suitable for 2 to 3 people because beyond that you may find yourself cramped because this accommodation is too cramped for the appreciation of some travelers. (We are concerned about wanting to promote access to vacations for small families with children, without extra price beyond 2 people, not necessarily suitable for people requiring large volumes). (0.80 x 190) In the mezzanine (access by a "marine" staircase, be careful of staggered steps): 1 double bed for 2 people of 2 times (0.80 x 190) or combined (160 x 190) under a large skylight with blackout curtain. A lined curtain is installed all along the balustrade for privacy since there is no closed room in this accommodation (this mezzanine with its fixed double bed serving as a bedroom). characteristic of this bed: high density mattress on non-slatted bed base (rigid chipboard, ideally recommended for people suffering from back pain). Guest access A large collective and non-private terrace is available with panoramic sea views... access from the apartment (which does not have direct access to this terrace) by a staircase of a dozen steps (you must therefore leave the apartment and take the stairwell to access it). Trays available in the apartment to take meals, relaxing aperitifs etc... 2 deckchairs are available in the storage room of the apartment): sea view from the terrace but not from the apartment which does not have views. (This apartment is lit by skylights and not by windows or bay windows since it is attic "under the roofs"). Free private parking for the car inside the park at the tennis court below the buildings.
