Stone villa with 2 private pools in Rías Baixas (Galicia). Perfectly equipped for families or groups of 6 to 13 people. More than 1000 m2, with garden, private pools, lots of terrace, gym, billiards, pingpong and with covered and glazed barbecue. There is good road communication, just 2 km from the beaches and Portugal. ATTENTION: We do not accept immediate reservations without first contacting us!! Please confirm that the final price is correct (often wrong). The space Beautiful villa perfectly equipped for 6 to 13 people, close to the beaches (only 2 km from the river beaches of Goián or Vilanova de Cerveira -Portugal-) with a closed and landscaped estate of more than 1000 m2. It has a large and very well-equipped American kitchen, with a bar-counter communicating with the huge living room (more than 50m2) with a giant screen TV and a French wood fireplace; 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a relaxing shower cabin - hydromassage) and 5 double bedrooms with TV. There are 2 swimming pools for exclusive use: a large 10x4m pool and a smaller 3x2m shallow pool (for small children), with a large terrace and outdoor furniture (sun loungers, tables, chairs, outdoor sofas, etc.). It's in a sunny, central and discreet area, with a lot of privacy. In front of the house is the porch (covered terrace) and the garden. There is a closed garage for 1 car and enough space to park another 5-6 cars inside. There is a large barbecue - stone barbecue, very large, covered and glazed (can be used always and all year round, regardless of weather conditions and/or time of day), there is electricity; complete with furniture with refrigerator, and a good table and stone benches. It has a leisure room: with a gym (abdominal bench, dumbbells, spinning bike, elliptical bike, vibrating platform - vibropower type), and a full bathroom (with shower). There is also an American pool table, dartboard and ping-pong table. There is a WIFI internet connection. Guest access There are no shared services and/or common areas with anyone. Other things to note We provide a tourist guide of the region (O Baixo Miño) in which the house is located at the time the guest makes a reservation. This will allow you to plan your visits in advance during your stay. In the case of pets, check in advance (supplements of the order of 1 weekend +30€, 1 week +50€, 1 fortnight +90€/each may apply).
