This quaint little cowboy cabin is perfect for two people. It was originally our son's place but he is married with two children, so bigger they must build. We are happy to offer this little piece of our heaven for you to enjoy, but please leave your pets at home. No pets allowed. Thank you for respecting our short and simple house rules. 2 night minimum. Cell Service: ATT is most reliable. TMobile has one tower nearby. We discovered that most others have no service here. We live nearby and can offer assistance if needed. We are located just a short 1.5 miles outside of Utopia. We are nestled right in the middle of two great state parks less than 20 miles away. Lost Maples State Park located north of town and Garner State Park located West of town. We have a famous cafe that was featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia that you'll have to try out. Especially their homemade pies. Our town is bigger than you think. However, there are no stop lights (yet). We do have concrete sidewalks now that allow for a nice walk through the town. A couple of boutiques (Sarah's and Main Street Utopia) We have a beautiful park located just west of town on FM 1050 with an amazing dam with swimming, picnic, playground, ball park, rodeo arena and dance floor. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! NO EXCEPTIONS!
