Other things to note **Important Note** I purchased this home in 2015 as a single-family 3 bed / 3 bath home with two separate entryways from the main street in front of the house. I split the house into two separate rental units (a 2BR / 2 bath unit and a 1BR / 1 bath unit) by adding two industrial deadbolted doors between the single connection point between the two rental units. They are usually treated as separate rental units but I have combined the two units here into a single listing in order to accommodate larger groups looking to stay in the Little Italy area and all stay in the same house. Because the two units are separated by deadbolted doors, the renters from the 1 BR unit will need to walk outside the house and enter the 2BR unit through the front door in order to visit the renters that are staying in the 2BR unit (or vice versa). The two entrances are no more than 20 feet apart so this is quick and easy process. Usually guests will hang out in the 2BR unit together since this unit is more spacious and has the backyard and sundeck and then separate into their own units at night to sleep.
