Rear deck/verandah has a barbecue, and extra drinks fridge. Fish cleaning area NO Washing of boats/vehicles at property. There is no bath, just a shower Lawn area and concrete path. Check in at 2pm upon arrival and Checkout no later than 10.30am on departure What to take with you: Sheets Pillowcases Towels There are 4 x queen beds in the house, as per the pictures Additional information about rental rates: 8 persons maximum Refundable Damage Security of AU$250 is put on hold until final inspection is complete The cleaning fee only covers for sanitisation, and preparation for the next guests.
