This is a shirt space. We have a 31 night minimum per room. The space **PLEASE Do not send a reservation request prior to an inquiry ** this home was previously rented for entire property only. Heating pool for individual rooms is not an option. Resort like yard perfect for a getaway to chill with family and friends -Fully gated home that sits on 1.1 Acres -Stylishly decorated with an industrial vibe . -Fully gated home just 10 minutes from Strip/T Mobile/ and Raiders new Stadium -Traeger smoker -Propane grill - 3 Ovens in kitchen -Blender -Coffee maker and Kreuger one cup (we supply coffee/tea) -Large dining table seats 10 -Counter top kitchen table seats 6-7 -Two Outdoor patio tables -Huge outdoor patio area with patio couch /chairs/ Swing chairs/55"Tv -outdoor movie screen -Poker table -70 inch TV with Netflix -55 ' Tv in Master -Mounted TVs in all bedrooms -50 inch Mounted TV in Kitchen -Private Tennis court -Pickleball court -Basketball -Corn Hole -2 Firepits -2 washers and dryers -Two Fridges -We supply tennis racquets/balls and pickle ball racquets/balls -The fifth wheel has a queen size bed and an extra queen mattress. We do not use the toilet in the fifth wheel because it is not connected to the public sewer. However, you can use the sink ( NOT available for single room rental) -As noted in the picture one bedroom upstairs has common entry with the master bedroom and is open to foyer below -There’s also a single cot and queen mattress in master bed closet -Please note: Additional daily fee to heat the pool/ jacuzzi . Please inquire. Nov- Feb is not pool season. It is up to our discretion as to whether we will heat pool/jacuzzi or not, depending on weather forecast . Rate may fluctuate greatly depending on cost of propane , please inquire. -Seven day notice required to heat the pool we can not do it last minute. - ALSO-- the home is on a well. We recommend bottled water for drinking. Guest access Entire Property During your stay I will assist you with any needs you may have. IE caterer etc Other things to note Access information and home instructions will be e mailed seven days prior to arrival. NO party buses or Limos allowed a the house -No 3rd party vendors allowed at home without approval IE entertainers, caterers, massage therapists )
