The 900 sq ft space inc. a fully equipped full kitchen with beautiful cabinetry, quartz countertops, a gas cooktop, double oven and a full size fridge/freezer. Dine at the island or sit at the dining table for 4 & enjoy the tranquil water views. This property was designed around the sauna and custom built as an Air bnb. Some of the special finishes our guests love are the traditional steam sauna, oversized walk in rain shower, double vanity, radiant heating under the Italian bathroom floor tiles and a full size washer/dryer. A Queen bed with a plush memory foam mattress, high quality bed linens & feather down pillows in a separate bedroom allows for a great night's sleep. Relax in the built in sauna, enjoy LED mood lighting & pair your phone /music to a waterproof bluetooth speaker We have a designated work space, which is small, but has relaxing water views & has internet connections sufficient to allow a couple enough bandwidth to work & conduct zoom/conference calls. Enjoy lounging on our cozy window seating with a good book from our mini library. A canister of fresh coffee beans, a grinder, creamers, a selection of teas, will start your trip off, so you don't have to rush out on your first morning here! Guests are welcome to use our 2 inflatable SUP's. Our property has a deeded part of the beach, which is just a 2 min walk using the local beach access. Please note the cottage is not child proofed. If you are bringing children, let me know ahead of time and I would be happy to set up a kids' Ikea table & chairs & I do have some books & games I can provide for younger children. P-000035 Guest access The cottage has two private entrances with a Schlage electronic keypad for self check in. I will forward you check in instructions and a code a couple of days before your check in date. Other things to note I have two stand up paddle boards that I am happy to let guests use at their own risk. Although the beach access is just a two minute walk, it is a bit of a hike if you have to walk with the paddle boards as they are a little heavy to carry to the beach when inflated. Alternatively, I recommend renting from Exotic Aquatics Scuba & Kayaking in town. This is a little easier as they will have the equipment waiting for you and you can enjoy a leisurely paddle around Eagle Harbor. Please note, occasionally, during wind storms, we have power outages on the island large trees bringing the power lines down. PSE does its best to notify residents of how long they expect the power outages to last. This also affects internet service. Xfinity also notifies customers. As an airbnb host this is something I can't control. I do my best to notify guests. I do not offer refunds for these circumstances. The separate bedroom has a Queen bed accommodating 2 guests. The 2nd bed is a twin day bed in the large living room with a pull out twin trundle. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a pack n' play. I can provide a pack n' play upon request. The space can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Please accurately list the number of guests on your reservation. We are happy to accommodate children under 2 for no extra cost. Please note the space is not childproofed inside or out and children should be monitored at all times (especially in the bathroom where there is a sauna). The parking space is on flat gravel ground directly level with the cottage, but the driveway to the property is gravel and sloping and there are also quite a few paver steps directly out of the second entrance (not necessary to use), therefore children should be monitored at all times. We do not have an EV charger, but we do have an electrical outlet right outside the door by the parking space that guests are welcome to use to charge their EV's.
