And you can also enjoy the sea which lies at a distance of a few minutes by foot. Even in fall water temperature of the Costa Blanca remains enjoyable. The terrace is a also a great place. You can eat and enjoy the breeze of the Mediterranean and the view of the bay. The apartment is ideal for four people, as it has two bedrooms, a dining room and two bathrooms. In the dining room there is a sofa bed. The house is very comfortable and there are fitted wardrobes in all rooms.  The kitchen has been renovated recently and is very well equipped with everything you need for a good stay. The apartment is located in a residential complex where you will have access to tennis courts, mini football and basketball. There is also a playground for children. The apartment is located just 10 minutes from the historic center of Alicante, reachable by bus or car. Car owners have at their disposal a reserved covered parking space in the basement of the building.
