"Charming House" has recently been restored with care taken to retain original features. The apartment is set in a magnificent, historical, privately-owned villa. The property is situated in the country and it is exposed to the sun and to the sea of the Amalfi Coast it makes it a very unique place. It takes only seven/ten minutes walkable up the hill from the apartment to reach the village center of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi where you will find Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pubs, pastry shop, wine bar and bus stops to Sorrento. The property consists of two holiday rental units for rent on the groundfloor/sea view terrace in the main villa where the landlords live (on the first floor) in addition to the shared garden with olive trees, vineyard, fruit trees and private parking. Both apartments have charm and character and a breathtaking sea views over the Amalfi Coast (South side). They have their own private terrace/solarium filled with smelling flowers where you can spend all day relaxing yourselves drinking a bottle of local wine. The access of the Villa is quite narrow therefore we suggest you to come with a small car or use the local busses.
