Woodpeckers is a well-equipped two-bedroomed modern house, located in the beautiful landscaped wooded grounds of Pendra Loweth Holiday Village, approximately 2 miles from Falmouth, and a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Gyllyngvase, Swanpool and Maenporth. Guests have access to all the facilities, including a seasonal bar and cafe, outdoor tennis courts, indoor spa pool and jacuzzi, a gym, and indoor and outdoor children's play areas. The ground floor accommodation consists of a large open-plan lounge/ dining room , kitchen and cloakroom/ WC. On the first floor there is a master bedroom, a second bedroom with full-sized adult bunk beds and a bathroom with a bath and electric shower. Excellent speed Wi-fi is available in all rooms. Towels and bedding is included. Outside, there is a south-facing private terrace with ample seating overlooking a trout stream. The property benefits from a single private parking space. The surrounding area has many footpaths through stunning countryside and with beautiful coastal views. Falmouth town is lovely, with some astounding views across the water to Flushing. There is a good selection of shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Also, from the Quay, you can take boat trips to several amazing locations. There are some really challenging and enjoyable attractions nearby, particularly Via Ferrata for the more adventurous, and Flambards Theme Park is a short drive away. The Maritime Museum is a must-see. There is also a Station at Falmouth which has a regular train to the historic city of Truro. Electric vehicle charges have recently been installed.
