YOU'VE GOT A BUILT-IN DESK AREA WITH SHELVES, a closet, a shelved cabinet, and a bookcase headboard. The bed has a twin mattress with a Tempurpedic mattress topper .You have a full bathroom a few feet from your room. IF THERE IS A SECOND GUEST DURING YOUR STAY, the bathroom is shared with a "KNOCK & LOCK" policy. You have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, back yard, & laundry room. If there's anything you need, please ask & I will do my best to accommodate you. The space There is a large window with great lighting, ceiling fan, two overhead lights (one by built-in desk area). Nice space. Guest access Access to all common areas though occasionally shared by me, but I will try to stay out of your way! You may use the kitchen, dining room, yard, living room and "den-like" living space off the kitchen. Washer and dryer available as needed. Once we meet and I give you keys, you may come and go as your schedule dictates. Please be respectful if it's after 10 pm, or super early. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS please! Please talk to me if you have any questions. Thanks! During your stay I'm available but unobtrusive, as I also appreciate the value of privacy for all of us. Please be respectful if there is another guest. ALWAYS dress appropriately in common areas, no matter what time it is or how far you're going. (Like even if it's just a few feet to the bathroom.) Other things to note All communications, good or bad, should be addressed to me, and I will do my best to handle any problems, disgruntlements, etc. Should you break anything or stain anything or otherwise damage any of my property, please tell me right away so we can take the corrective measures to handle.
